DR STEPHANE BELLEMIN-LAPONNAZ
Dr. Stéphane Bellemin-Laponnaz is CNRS Research Director at the Strasbourg Institute of Materials Physics and Chemistry (IPCMS, France), a joined institute between the University of Strasbourg and the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS).
He graduated in chemistry (Grenoble and Strasbourg) with a PhD from University of Strasbourg and did a two-years post-doctoral research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA).
He has an interest in organic and inorganic chemistry with various applications ranging from material science to medicinal chemistry. Dr Bellemin-Laponnaz’s work has been awarded with several national and international prizes including the French CNRS Bronze Medal and the Swiss Sandmeyer Award. He is the author of more than 120 scientific publications and 6 patents. Dr Bellemin Laponnaz is providing his advisory expertise to Ineo Tech in transition metal and rare-earth chemistry as well as in material chemistry such as self-healing materials.
DR. KHALID ZAHOUILY
Dr. Khalid Zahouily is a French citizen with 25 years experience in UV-coating, photopolymers and high- performance functional coatings. He graduated in chemistry engineering (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse) and has a PhD from the University de Haute Alsace in photopolymer chemistry. He worked for 12 years as a project manager at the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) and successfully carry out several industrial project in UV-curing and photopolymers. In 2001, he founded Photon & Polymers, a privately owned company providing research & development services to assist customers find industrializable solutions in photocurable materials. Dr. Khalid’s work has been awarded with several prizes and honors such as the French National order of Merit (2010), Hope of the French Industry (2008), Prize for Innovation (2007).
Dr. Zahouily is the author of more than 20 scientific papers and 10 patents as well as an invited lecturer and regular speaker in many French engineering schools. He is also a scientist expert in the Research Executive Agency (REA) in Brussels. Dr. Zahouily is providing his advisory expertise to Ineo Tech in the field of high-performance, functional coatings such as those formed by photo-grafting on glove external surface.
DR. JEAN CARLET
Dr. Jean Carlet is trained in internal medicine, cardiology and intensive care. He was head of the ICU in St Joseph Hospital in Paris for 25 years.
He undertook a variety of responsibilities in the French Ministry of Health, in particular as President of National Committee in Infection Control for 12 years, including in many other working groups. He was also President of the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine. He is now a consultant, and President of the World Alliance Against Antibiotic Resistance (WAAAR), since 2011.
Dr. Carlet was nominated by the French Minister of Health in 2015 as the President of special task force for antibiotic preservation. The working group proposed a number of actions to fight against antibiotic resistance, which will be implemented in the near future. He published 242 papers in peer reviewed journals (H point: 72) and many book chapters.
